do nothing

today i have nothing to do so i surf the internet and learn about thalassemia which i have now..hmm..luckily its not dat really a serious ones..

what is it?
Thalassemia (British spelling, "thalassaemia") is an inherited autosomal recessive blood disease.

Thalassemias may co-exist with other deficiencies such as folic acid (or folate, a B-complex vitamin) and iron deficiency (only in Thalassemia Minor).

causes & risk factors
Thalassemia is a genetically determined disease. It tends to be found in individuals whose families come from the Mediterranean region, Africa, and sometimes Asia.

Symptoms of Thalassemia

People with thalassemia major may experience the following:

Paleness

Headaches

Fatigue

Shortness of breath

Jaundice

Spleen enlargement

treatment
Normally, there are no treatments recommended. However, the doctor may suggest taking iron medication if they feel it is necessary.

baseball and barbeque

konnichiwa minna..now its 7.59 pm...tdi pgi msa di tknikal..me, tutty,farhan,jur,mizan,dullah and hijan main baseball d padang skulah..its kinda fun and sorang2 mcm sakai a..eehhe..al maklum baru 1st pernah main baseball bh..nyeh..so we had fun lh wif it..and tdi ptg i played wif adik..pastu sma my kaka..p sekejap sja lh..pastu main catcher ja..i got 1 out of 10 n my sis gopt 5 out of 10..im not good in catching la.. :( sad me..aha..

so mlm ani we have our bbq d luar rumah....kekeke..tpi yg bbq ani dorang dua sja..aku psang lgu n memblogging smbil mkn coz yg be bbq atu alum msak x ah..huhuuh..so isi prut sikit lh dlu nya org..ahakz..is it consider jhat kh tu nda nulung dorang a?ahakz..palau eh
